Matthew Machen has over 25 years of experience in technology management, currently serving as Manager of Server Hardware and Storage and previously in various managerial roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since January 2008. Responsibilities include leading teams of DBAs, overseeing database security, managing cost controls, and enhancing communication systems to support business needs. Achievements include optimizing contact center performance and successfully implementing new technologies within budget. Prior experience includes network analysis at Southern Company, and academic qualifications consist of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Theology from Life Christian University.
