Scott Walker

Scott Walker is the owner of Nichols Nook Community Coffee House in Springville, Alabama, since August 2016, which combines a bookstore, gift shop, and coffee shop in the historic district. Scott has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as Operations Manager for Provider eSolutions & Provider Communications at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since October 2000, and previously managed non-invasive cardiovascular services, neurodiagnostic services, and a sleep disorders lab at Medical Center East from June 1991 to October 2000. Additionally, Scott provided part-time computer consulting services at Birmingham Heart Clinic, P.C. from January 1994 to January 1997. Scott holds a degree in Allied Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has clinical experience as a Neurodiagnostic Technologist and Polysomnographic Technologist.
