Shaunta Hunter

Shaunta Hunter has extensive experience in the healthcare insurance field, currently serving as a Provider Reimbursement Analyst I in Payment Integrity at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since June 2013. In this role, Shaunta is responsible for performance development, data monitoring and reporting, ensuring accuracy in benefit changes, testing system implementations, and collaborating with management and coordinators for process improvements. Previous roles include Claims Coordinator and Inquiry Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing customer requests, managing claims timelines, and participating in quality assurance processes.
