Donna Zeine

Donna Zeine has a strong background in data analysis and healthcare within various organizations. Donna started their career at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where they held multiple roles as a System Analyst, Recovery Analyst, Medicare Reconciliation Analyst, and Underwriting Analyst. During their time there, they developed expertise in enrollment, claims retrieval, and reporting using PC SAS, Mainframe SAS, SQL, SAS Macros, Excel, and Crystal Reporting.

After their tenure at Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Donna joined Citizens Bank as a Senior SAS Analyst. In this role, they focused on SAS programming and data extraction of Loan Accounting Data using PC SAS with SQL and SAS Macros. Donna also developed and tested SAS programs as part of a SAS Conversion Project.

Donna then transitioned to AAA Northeast as a Data Steward, working with the Customer Relationship Management team in Marketing. Donna collaborated with internal teams and vendors to identify data gaps and opportunities for data mining and analysis. Donna also maintained and improved Data Quality Review processes.

Most recently, Donna has been working at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island. Donna started as a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst, focusing on HEDIS Reporting for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial health measures using Inovalon software. Donna also conducted root cause analysis using SAS Enterprise Guide. Currently, they serve as a Healthcare Analyst Project Lead, where they continue to leverage their expertise in healthcare analytics.

Throughout their career, Donna has demonstrated a strong proficiency in SAS programming, SQL, data analysis, and reporting. Donna has consistently shown a dedication to improving data quality and has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Donna Zeine attended Bishop Feehan High and obtained a High School diploma. Donna then went on to attend Rhode Island College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
