Dennis L.

Dennis L. currently serves as a FEP Business Project Manager at Florida Blue since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dennis held the position of Implementations Project Manager at October Three Consulting from May 2021 to April 2023, and worked as a Project Manager at Advantage Design Group between July 2019 and May 2021. Academic experience includes a graduate program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where Dennis earned a Master of Science degree, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Western International University. Dennis also has a significant military background, having served in various roles, including Program Manager for the Foundry Intelligence Training Program and IT Manager/Project Manager for C4ISR Systems Maintenance with the US Army from February 2007 to June 2017.
