Michelle Chick

Michelle Chick is an experienced project manager with a robust background in overseeing corporate-level projects across various organizations. Currently serving as Project Manager II at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City since November 2022, Michelle previously held a similar position at Waddell & Reed from February 2007 to September 2022, where responsibilities included project coordination, planning, and implementation using SCRUM/Agile methodologies. Prior experience as a Group Account Manager at BFDS Midwest from March 1987 to June 2006 further developed skills in stakeholder relationship management and team motivation. Michelle's strong organizational abilities have consistently delivered reliable project outcomes, along with a proactive approach to data analytics and mentorship of supervisors and managers.
