Nicole Wunder

Nicole Wunder currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, where responsibilities include driving the execution of key business strategies through process design and customer experience improvements. With experience at Sprint for over 17 years, Nicole led customer experience initiatives, managed business analytics and reporting, and conducted operational audits. Notable achievements include developing large-scale programs that enhanced customer loyalty while reducing service costs. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kansas State University.
