Lori Wells has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Customer Experience Representative at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since January 2014. In addition, Lori has been an Independent Avon Representative since May 1998, managing all aspects of sales and customer relations. Prior to this, Lori operated a daycare center from May 1998 to August 2007, focusing on the care of children and collaboration with parents and government officials. Lori's earlier roles include Customer Service Representative at the City of Salina Water Department and Customer Service Specialist at AT&T. Education includes a diploma in General Studies from Salina Central High School and coursework at Penn Valley Community College.
