Mandy Harris

Mandy Harris has diverse work experience across various industries. Mandy is currently working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas as the Director of Corporate Strategy Development & Analytics. Prior to this role, they held positions within the company as a Corporate Development & Strategy Analyst, Risk and Strategy Specialist, and Risk and Strategy Analyst.

Before joining Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Mandy worked at The University of Kansas School of Business as a Statistics Graduate Teaching Assistant and at Cascade Dental Care as a Doctor Assistant. Mandy also gained experience at the University of Idaho, where they served as a Biology Lab Teaching Assistant, College of Natural Resource Lab Assistant, and Limnology Volunteer Assistant.

Mandy started their career with an internship at Odstrcil & Meis Certified Public Accountants, P.C. in 2010. Throughout their professional journey, Mandy has demonstrated a wide range of skills and expertise in analytics, strategy development, teaching, and healthcare.

Mandy Harris attended the University of Idaho from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management. Mandy then pursued further education at the University of Kansas School of Business from 2016 to 2017. During this time, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance.
