Donna Mello

Donna Mello has extensive experience in IT and business systems management, holding significant roles at various reputable organizations. Currently serving as Sr. IT Business Systems in Strategy & Planning at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since January 2018, Donna previously worked as Sr. IT Release Manager in Business Solutions, Strategy & Intake at Voya Financial from April 2015 to November 2017. Earlier experience includes managing IT services at Harvard Business Publishing and Cornerstone Research, and IT consulting at Colonial Mills, Inc. Donna began a career in IT management at Stone & Webster Management Consultants and held a user support management position at Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett. Donna’s academic background includes a BA in Education from Salve Regina University, along with continuing education at Boston College and the University of Phoenix.
