Johana Mendez-Desjardins, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Provider Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. With extensive experience in the healthcare payor sector, Johana has held leadership roles at Evolent Health and GlobalHealth Inc. In her previous positions, Johana effectively led teams focused on Medicare Advantage and data management, implementing policies that significantly improved operational efficiency and recovered substantial funds.
