Mahelet Kassa

Mahelet Kassa is a highly skilled Software Engineer with experience at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since May 2021 and previously at SPECTRUM Talent Delivery. Mahelet completed a rigorous Software Engineering Immersive Program at General Assembly, honing expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Ruby, and libraries like React. Prior to their software engineering roles, Mahelet contributed to the MIT Admissions office as an Admission Office Assistant and served as Website & Assessment Coordinator at Messiah College, managing website content and student service hour databases. Mahelet holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Technology Operations Management from Messiah University and completed a Software Engineering Fellowship at General Assembly.
