Melinda Nelhuebel

Melinda Nelhuebel has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Melinda is currently working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where they started as a Member Services Associate in 2004. Throughout the years, they have held various roles, including Operations Analyst, Quality Coach, Manager, Senior Manager, and Senior Product Manager. In 2018, they became the Director of Operations in the Pharmacy division before being promoted to the role of Senior Director of Operations in January 2023. Prior to their current position, Melinda worked at Prime Therapeutics as a Senior Director of Client Engagement from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Melinda gained early work experience as an intern at Chadwicks of Boston in 2003.

Melinda Nelhuebel has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Communications, which they earned from Bryant University from 2001 to 2005. Melinda then pursued a Master of Science degree in Management of Aging Services from UMass Boston between 2012 and 2016. In addition, from 2005 to 2007, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from Northeastern University.
