From 2015 to 2017, Michelle worked as a Research Manager at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL). Michelle then joined Humana as a Senior Behavioral Economist from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Michelle serves as the Director of Analytics at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
