Phil Oettgen

Phil Oettgen, MBA, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since March 2023, Phil Oettgen previously held project management roles at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Tufts Medical Center. Prior to these positions, Phil gained valuable experience at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, progressing through various roles including Human Research Coordinator III and Administrative Associate. Phil Oettgen earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Oregon.
