Cindy Daly

Cindy Daly serves as the Director of Claim Operations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska since August 2016, following a 16-year tenure at Lincoln Financial Group where roles included Manager of Appeals & Complaints and Risk Services Supervisor. In these positions, Cindy has demonstrated strong leadership and operational management skills, overseeing teams of up to 12 employees, while ensuring compliance with ERISA guidelines and achieving departmental goals. Cindy's experience encompasses the implementation of new claims systems, development of quality programs, and training initiatives for appeals and claims processes. Educated with an Associate's degree in Court Reporting and Business from the Nebraska College of Business, along with a high school diploma from Conestoga High School, Cindy brings a comprehensive background in claims management and customer service.
