Jamie Herrman

Jamie Herrman, CSM, currently serves as the Director of Business Optimization at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, a position held since July 2018, where responsibilities include enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring profitability. Earlier career experience includes a role as Voice Team Manager at West Corporation from May 2001 to December 2004. Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1996 and 2000.
