Jennifer Gaines is a seasoned professional in enterprise program management and agile methodologies, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Platform Strategy at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska. With a robust background that includes roles such as Senior Enterprise Program Manager and Enterprise Agile Program Manager at the same organization, Jennifer has also held positions at Lincoln Financial Group as Project Manager Scrum Master and at Securities America Inc. as Senior Enterprise Project Manager. Previous experience at IBM includes Delivery Project Executive and Senior IT Analyst/Project Manager. Jennifer began their career at Commercial Federal Bank as a Teller Customer Service representative.
