Michelle G.

Michelle G. has extensive experience in management and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager for Member Services at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska since February 2007. Prior to this role, Michelle worked in the Council Bluffs Community Schools' Nurses Office, providing medical support to students from January 2000 to December 2007. Earlier experience includes managing recruitment and staff at Idelman/ITI from January 1992 to December 2000 and involvement in sales and recruitment at MCI between May 1987 and December 1992. Michelle is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations, at the University of Arizona, expected to graduate in April 2024.
