Stephen Condon

Stephen Condon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and project coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Configuration and CORE Team and Claims Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska since November 2016, Stephen focuses on developing technical solutions and process improvements within the Claims division. In addition, Stephen holds the role of Product Owner (CSPO), where effective communication with stakeholders and resource management is key. Stephen's military experience as a Commissioned Officer with the US Army since November 2003 enhances analytical and problem-solving skills. Stephen previously worked as the Director of Operations at SKAR, where workflow management processes were developed to improve efficiency. Stephen's educational background includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, Signal Officer training from the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
