Amelia Lowe currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Blue Cross NC, a position held since March 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney at Mullen Holland & Cooper from August 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities featured drafting agreements, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with North Carolina law. Amelia's legal journey began as a Summer Associate at Mullen Holland & Cooper, followed by an internship with Chief Judge Frank Whitney, where complex legal documents were drafted, and Social Security appeals were reviewed. Earlier experiences include internships with McGuireWoods Consulting, the Richmond District Office of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, and the Office of the Virginia Secretary of Transportation.
