Annikah Abalos

Annikah Abalos is an experienced analyst currently serving as a Forecast Analyst at Blue Cross NC since September 2022. Prior to this role, Annikah worked at TaskUs from May 2018 to September 2022, holding positions such as Workforce Planner and WFM Analyst, where responsibilities included monitoring back office and real-time queues for high-level clients and adjusting employee schedules to meet service levels.
