Benjamin Wiley

Benjamin Wiley is an accomplished actuarial professional with extensive experience in medical economics, trends, and benchmarking. Currently serving as a Principal Actuary at Blue Cross NC since July 2021, Benjamin focuses on Cost of Care evaluation and has been recognized with a monetary award for developing a novel trend reporting process for Medicare Advantage. Prior to this, Benjamin held multiple positions at Fidelity Investments, including Actuarial Associate in Workplace Consulting and Associate in Enterprise Risk Management, where achievements included multiple monetary awards and the FERM Vitality Award. Benjamin's career began with an internship at Allianz Life, complemented by an educational background in Applied Mathematics, holding a Bachelor of Science from The University of New Mexico and a Master's Degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
