Ginny Brosnan

Ginny Brosnan has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Ginny started their career as a Registered Nurse at Granville Medical Center in 1994 and worked there until 1997. Following that, they joined Person Memorial Hospital and served as an Intensive Care Registered Nurse from 1997 to 1999. Ginny then took on the role of Emergency Room Charge Nurse at the same hospital until 2003. In 2003, Ginny joined Home Health Professionals as a Nurse Case Manager and eventually became the Agency Director from 2004 to 2007.

Since 2007, Ginny has been working at Blue Cross NC, where they have held various positions. Ginny began as a Nurse Manager and worked their way up to become the Clinical Solution Delivery Manager for Topaz Shared Services from 2012 to 2013. Ginny then served as the Care Management / Network Management Lead from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Clinical Program Manager, a role they held until 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they also worked as the Manager of Clinical Operations Business Integration. Ginny's most recent role at Blue Cross NC is Senior Manager of Utilization Management, which they held from September to December 2021. Additionally, they currently serve as the Director of Clinical Teams, starting from January 2022.
