Lanny Ealey

Lanny Ealey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pharmacy operations and account management. Currently serving as Manager of Corporate Pharmacy - Benefit Operations at Blue Cross NC since June 2022, Lanny previously held the role of Senior Pharmacy Operations Administrator at Prime Therapeutics from May 2013 to June 2022. Lanny's career began at BCBSNC, where an Account Implementation Manager position involved establishing new clients from May 2003 to May 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as a State Health Plan Service Agent at Accenture from 2000 to 2003, and as a Consultant at both Accenture and Good Samaritan Hospital/Catholic Health System of Long Island between 2000 and 2001. Lanny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, obtained in 2000, and graduated with a high school diploma from Fayetteville High School in 1996.
