Suzanne Trautman

Suzanne Trautman has extensive work experience in the healthcare and pharmacy industry. Suzanne has worked at Blue Cross NC since 2022, holding positions such as Vice President of Corporate Pharmacy and AVP Commercial Pharmacy. Prior to that, they worked at Anthem, Inc., starting in 2005. Suzanne'sroles at Anthem included Director of Pharmacy Services - Medicaid Alliance Plans, Staff VP Healthcare Informatics, Value Assessment Committee Director, Senior Clinical Pharmacist - Drug Utilization Review, and Clinical Pharmacy Manager. Before joining Anthem, Inc., Suzanne worked at Carolinas HealthCare System as a Clinical Pharmacist, specializing in ambulatory care and acute care. Overall, Suzanne has demonstrated expertise in program management, strategic leadership, cost analysis, and clinical pharmacy services.

Suzanne Trautman completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from the University at Buffalo, studying Pharmacy, in the years 1992 to 1997. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Shenandoah University from 2000 to 2002.

Additionally, Suzanne Trautman obtained certifications as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) from the institution Ada in October 2002. Suzanne also became a Registered Pharmacist, certified by the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy, in June 1997.
