Atul Singh

Atul Singh is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cloud services and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Director of Cloud Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since October 2019, Atul is responsible for managing the cloud platform, strategy, and services while leading enterprise-level Agile and DevSecOps transformations. Notable achievements include successfully migrating enterprise applications to the cloud and enabling effective cloud governance. Prior experience includes roles at HGM (United Healthcare) as a Cloud Platform Engineering Leader, where Atul developed HIPAA-compliant cloud solutions, and at Infosys, IBM, and Capgemini, where Atul honed skills in system automation, infrastructure management, and disaster recovery planning. Atul holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, a Master of Science in Software Systems, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
