Beth Hill

Beth Hill is an experienced business and quality analyst with over 15 years in the field. Currently serving as a Business Analyst III - Team Lead at BCBSIL since September 2014, Beth has taken on critical responsibilities such as test planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk assessment, and status reporting, while also mentoring new associates. Prior roles include Senior Quality Analyst positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield and Dell, along with experience at Galmont Consulting, Allscripts, and several other organizations. Beth's career began in quality assurance with Sears and Riverside Publishing, showcasing a strong background in analyzing system specifications and defining measurable, testable requirements. Education was pursued at Harper College from 1982 to 1984 in programming.
