Edward Molinski

Edward Molinski has extensive experience in accounting and management, currently serving as the Manager of FEP Accounting at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association since January 1983. In this role, Edward conducts onsite audits of Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans across the United States, focusing on Program Integrity, and has achieved recoveries approaching multi-millions based on FAR Regulations and GAAP. Prior to this, Edward worked at JI Case from April 1974 to June 1981 as a Business Manager, overseeing accounting, inventory management, and credit and collections for construction equipment stores in Sacramento, California, and Denver, Colorado, while successfully meeting accounting deadlines and reducing outstanding aged receivables. Edward holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, earned between 1971 and 1974, and completed secondary education at St. Francis DeSales High School from 1962 to 1966.
