Jennifer Vachon has had a successful career in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started working at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in 1997 as a Manager of Business Development. Jennifer then moved on to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where they held various senior-level positions. At BCBS, Jennifer served as the Executive Vice President, overseeing a wide range of operations and responsibilities. Jennifer also served as the Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff, and later as the Vice President and Chief of Staff, providing support to the CEO and managing board processes.
