Jennifer Vachon

Jennifer Vachon has had a successful career in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started working at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in 1997 as a Manager of Business Development. Jennifer then moved on to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where they held various senior-level positions. At BCBS, Jennifer served as the Executive Vice President, overseeing a wide range of operations and responsibilities. Jennifer also served as the Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff, and later as the Vice President and Chief of Staff, providing support to the CEO and managing board processes. Prior to that, they held positions such as Vice President of Brand, Strategy, and Marketing Services, where they led important marketing and communications programs. Jennifer has a strong background in strategy consulting and marketing, and has been instrumental in implementing key initiatives and programs throughout their career.

Jennifer Vachon earned a Master's degree in Health Policy from the University of Chicago, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Union College from 1987 to 1991, focusing on Economics, although they did not receive a degree.
