Kristin Stuart

Kristin Stuart is an experienced professional in federal affairs and congressional relations, currently serving as Director of Federal Affairs at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kristin held various positions at the Association for Clinical Oncology, including Associate Director of Congressional Affairs. Kristin's background includes significant experience within the American Society of Clinical Oncology, where roles ranged from Senior Specialist to Legislative Specialist in Congressional Affairs. Kristin's early career involved working in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Director of Scheduling & Executive Assistant for Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham and as a Legislative Aide/Scheduler for Congressman John W. Olver. Kristin began involvement in legislative processes as an intern for the House Appropriations Committee and at Van Scoyoc Associates. Academically, Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University and participated in a study abroad program at The University of Edinburgh.
