Laurie Peluso

Laurie Peluso, BS, RN, CCM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laurie began their career as a Director of Social Services/Case Manager at HCR ManorCare in 1996. Laurie then transitioned to the role of Community Relations Director at Brightview Senior Living in 1998. In 2007, Laurie joined Johns Hopkins where they worked as an RN Clinical Nurse in the Surgical ICU and later as an Infusion Therapy Staff Nurse. In 2010, they became the Health Services Director at Brightview Senior Living. Laurie then joined CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield in 2013, where they held positions as a Regional Care Director in PCMH and as a Senior Director of Value Based Care Management. Currently, Laurie is the Managing Director of FEP Clinical Operations at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.

Laurie Peluso has a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from SUNY Cortland. Laurie also holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Harford Community College. In addition to their degrees, Laurie has obtained certifications as a CCM Certified Case Manager from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) and as a Registered Nurse from the Maryland Board of Nursing.
