Richard Genova

Richard Genova has extensive experience in quality assurance and product verification, currently serving as the Director of Product Verification at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since July 2015. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Director of Quality Assurance at CME Group from 2006 to July 2015 and worked as a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at TransUnion from 2004 to 2006. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senior QA Consultant at both Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and Spherion, and various QA consulting roles at Sears, Roebuck and Co., and Kemper Insurance. Richard began a professional journey in quality assurance as a Senior Consultant at Accenture from 1995 to 1998. Richard earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology from De La Salle University.
