Thomas Harte is an experienced leader in quality assurance and digital transformation within the IT sector, currently serving as Managing Director of Product Verification at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since April 2020. Previously, Thomas held key positions at PenFed Credit Union and Common Securitization Solutions, where responsibilities included establishing enterprise QA and testing organizations and implementing agile practices.
