Tisha Buckley

Tisha Buckley is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and trademark management. Currently serving as Manager - Legal Licensure at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since October 2016, Tisha has held various roles, including Legal Licensure Consultant and Brand Paralegal. Prior to this, Tisha worked at Mead Johnson Nutrition as a Trademark Paralegal, where responsibilities included global trademark renewals and collaborating with marketing on brand protection. Tisha's career began at Wrigley, where duties involved overseeing worldwide trademark matters and coordinating with legal counsel. Tisha's foundational experience was gained at Brinks, Hofer, Gilson & Lione as a Project Assistant, focusing on litigation support and docket management. Tisha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Law Studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
