Archana Subhash

Archana Subhash has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Archana started their career as a Product Management Associate at The Shams Group in 2011. In 2012, they worked as an Associate Services Consultant at Sunquest Information Systems before being promoted to a Professional Services Consultant in 2013. Subsequently, they joined ZeOmega in 2013 as a Senior Business Analyst II before being promoted to Senior Business Analyst III, specializing in healthcare implementation. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at TriZetto Healthcare Products, first as a Senior Product Owner in Product Development and then as a Senior Product Manager in Product Management. In 2020, they joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona as a Digital Product Lead and later became the Director of Digital Strategy and Delivery in 2022. Additionally, they have also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association since 2021.

Archana Subhash earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Biotechnology Engineering from Anna University in 2005-2009. Archana then pursued a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Management from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2010-2011. Recently, in 2021-2022, they obtained a Certification in Digital Transformation from the University of California, Berkeley. Archana has also obtained additional certifications, including Digital Transformation: Leading People, Data & Technology from Emeritus in November 2021, and Pragmatic Marketing Foundations and Focus - Level II, SAFe Product Manager Certified, and SAFe Agilist certifications in previous years.
