Colby Bower

Colby Bower has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In their most recent position, they served as the Vice President of Provider Partnerships at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona starting in 2022. Prior to that, Colby held various roles at the Arizona Department of Health Services from 2010 to 2022, including Assistant Director of Policy and Intergovernmental Affairs, Assistant Director of Public Health Licensing, and Chief Legislative Liaison. Before working at the Arizona Department of Health Services, Colby was the Director of Government Relations for the American Cancer Society from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Policy Coordinator at the Border Trade Alliance from 2003 to 2006 and as an Associate at the Herbert Coleman Company from 1997 to 2003.

Colby Bower earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Arizona State University in 1997. In 2010, they completed their education at the University of Maryland Global Campus, obtaining a Master's degree in Public Relations.
