Kevin Graham, MSA, CSPO, currently serves as Sr. Manager of HR Systems and Data Analytics at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, focusing on the management of Workday HCM and Payroll. With a background that includes roles such as Finance Product Manager and Sr. Financial Business Analyst at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Kevin has extensive experience in data analytics, project management, and team supervision. Previous positions include Ceridian Dayforce Implementation Lead, HR/Payroll Support Analyst, Hotel Payroll Specialist, and front desk and photography roles in the hospitality industry. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.
