Catherine Porter

Catherine Porter possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management, having held significant leadership positions since 2010 as Director of Talent Strategy and Processes and Director of Talent Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Prior to this role, Catherine served as Manager of Human Resources at Tecumseh Products Company and held multiple HR-related positions at ArvinMeritor, including HR Manager, Compensation Analyst, Sr. Workforce Planning Specialist, and Staffing Consultant. Catherine began their career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Deloitte. Catherine holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Detroit Mercy. Further education was pursued at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
