Jim Paulin

Jim Paulin is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in managing client engineering and IT operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Engineering at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since June 2019, Jim oversees client technology initiatives, including cloud solutions and security compliance. Prior to this role, Jim held several key positions at Spectrum Health Lakeland, culminating in the role of Chief Technology Officer, where leadership focused on IT infrastructure and clinical technologies to enhance patient care through innovative solutions. Jim's career also includes significant contributions as a Director, Technical Director, and Lead Systems Engineer, as well as network engineering roles at Tata Technologies, General Motors, and Ford Motor Company. Academically, Jim holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from Cleary University.
