Kimberly Easley

Kimberly Easley, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Director of HR Business Partners at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Kimberly leads a team to implement various initiatives aligned with organizational strategy, including workforce planning and change management. Previous roles include Deputy Director at The Kresge Foundation, HR Director at Kelly Services, and HR Manager at Comerica, where Kimberly developed talent management strategies, facilitated workforce planning, and provided leadership development. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations from Wayne State University.
