Mary Hansen

Mary Hansen, PMP, CSM, CSPO, is an experienced project manager with a strong focus on customer experience and member engagement, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since May 2019. In this role, Mary leads campaign management initiatives leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance wellness engagement for members. Prior to this position, Mary held various senior project management roles, including Senior Program Manager at Perficient, where oversight of global e-commerce projects was conducted using Agile principles. Mary's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Digital Project Manager at GTB, managing production for Ford Global Clients, and as Project Manager at ISG, specializing in enterprise projects for General Motors. Mary began her career at Digitas North America, managing timelines and digital asset delivery for web clients. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television Production from Wayne State University.
