Matthew Koshay

Matthew Koshay is an experienced technology professional with a focus on Salesforce platform architecture and management. Currently serving as Principal Architect at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since March 2020, Matthew oversees a team dedicated to the implementation of Service Cloud, Partner Experience, and Commerce Cloud. Prior roles include Salesforce Architect at Quicken Loans and Sr. Salesforce Architect at Adient, where Matthew led large-scale implementations and integrations across multiple organizations. With a solid foundation in Salesforce and CRM technologies, including positions at Baker Hughes, GE Oil & Gas, and GE Appliances, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and teams. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Michigan State University.
