Wai Yu Jacobs

Wai Yu Jacobs has extensive experience in project management and analysis, currently serving as a Project Manager in Marketing at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since March 2002, following a role as Senior Analyst focusing on special project implementation, process improvement, and data analysis. Prior to this, Wai Yu Jacobs worked as a Customer Service Representative, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Labor Officer at the Labour Department in Hong Kong SAR from May 1995 to October 2000. Wai Yu Jacobs holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Government and Public Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and has education from the University of Michigan College of Engineering and Holy Trinity College of Hong Kong.
