Ashlyn Elsner

Ashlyn Elsner is currently the Women in Leadership Certificate Program Advisor at Minnesota State University, Mankato, a position held since July 2023. With extensive experience in health and operations training, Ashlyn has served in various roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since March 2014, including Manager of Ops Instructional Design and Technology, Manager of Operations Training, Operations Learning and Knowledge Management Supervisor, and Public Health Manager for Government Market Solutions. Previous experience includes serving as a Community Health Specialist at Goodhue County Public Health Service and being involved with Live Healthy Red Wing. Ashlyn's internships include positions at Kennedy Space Center, Pathways Behavioral Services, and the Jimmy Carter Center in Ghana, focusing on health education and disease prevention. Ashlyn holds a Master of Science in Community/Public Health from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Health/Global Health Promotion from the University of Northern Iowa.
