Bobbi Maddox

Bobbi Maddox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health management, social work, and social enterprise. At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Bobbi has held multiple roles, including Senior Product Manager of Utilization Management and Business Capability Architect, leading teams to optimize clinical programs and align technical solutions with business needs. Previous positions included Senior Project Manager in the Health Management Division and Case Manager, providing support and education to members with chronic health conditions. Bobbi is also a trained Global Village Trip Leader for Habitat for Humanity International and co-owner of KinShop Ethical Trading Partners, a socially responsible retailer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from The College of St. Scholastica and an Associate Degree from Itasca Community College.
