Caitlin Ross

Caitlin Ross is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales management and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Direct Channel Sales Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since May 2016, Caitlin leads teams to achieve growth and enhance customer experiences through servant leadership. Previously, as a Medicare Consultant and Account Manager Senior, Caitlin developed sales strategies for a 10-county territory and managed a 15,000-member book of business. Other roles include Associate Manager and Interim Manager at T-Mobile, as well as various positions at AT&T and Pana Creative, LLC. Caitlin holds a BA in Visual Communication and Graphic Design from Northwest College of Art & Design.
