Carrie Bell is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in program management and coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since September 2022, Carrie has previously held roles at Ridgeview Medical Center, including Program Coordinator for Specialty Clinic & Hospitalist Services and Gastroenterology Clinic Coordinator. Carrie's career also includes positions at MNGI Digestive Health, where roles ranged from Clinic Assistant to Program Manager and Care Coordinator, and at StayWell Health Management as a Client Service Specialist and Helpline Representative. Carrie began in healthcare with a Health Promotion Internship at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato. Educated at Minnesota State University, Mankato with a B.S. in Community Health and further trained at Century College with a Certificate of Supervisory and Management, along with a solid foundation from Eden Prairie Senior High School.
