Erica Pearson

Erica (Rustad) Pearson has extensive experience in program delivery and project management, currently serving as the Director of Program Delivery at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Populus Group, Senior Manager at Concord, and various positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, including IT Principal Project Manager and Senior IT Project Manager. Erica also held the position of Lead Business Consultant at Perficient. Erica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Hamline University, where studies took place from 1994 to 1998, following graduation from Fosston High School in 1994.
