James Lai

James Lai is an experienced IT professional with a significant background in risk management and information security. Since March 1998, James has served as an IT Risk Management Consultant Principal and Information Security Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. Prior to this role, James was a Sr. Internet Security Analyst at Deluxe Corporation from July 1997 to February 1998, and held the positions of Data Security Manager and Software Developer at Lutheran Brotherhood (now Thrivent Financial) from June 1986 to July 1997. James earned an education from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.
